Plain English, not jargon
"DMARC failure" means nothing to most people. Glance says: "This email claims to be from Medicare but the address does not match." Specific. Clear. Actionable.
Larger type by default
The base font is 16–18px. Line height is 1.6. Max line length is 64 characters. These are not accessibility afterthoughts — they are the defaults.
Calm over busy
