Upload a CSV (or paste) of member emails. Each gets a pre-allocated seat that activates the moment they sign up.

Members claim, you stay billed
Members sign up at glance-co.com using the email you allocated. The seat auto-claims; you get billed only for claimed seats.

Companion accounts free
Every protected member can invite an adult child as a Companion. Companions sign up free — they never count against your seat limit.

Per-seat invoicing
Default $4.99/seat-month, negotiated for volume + annual prepay. Stripe-issued invoice to your billing contact monthly or annually.
